Nina Ryan

Assistant Director of Research and Development
UChicago Impact

Nina Ryan is the Assistant Director of Research and Developmen at UChicago Impact. Ryan works closely with the Director of Technology and R&D on designated projects within UChicago Impact and serves a leading role in addressing product or service development needs with creative expertise. She also collaborates with each of the other units of UEI as new tools and technologies are identified and developed. 

Ryan most recently served as a project manager at UEI for the McKnight Foundation and as the Strategic Analytics Manager for the Success Project at UChicago Impact. Prior to joining UEI, Ryan worked as a kindergarten teacher at LEARN Hunter Perkins Charter School. Previously, she taught pre-kindergarten at Mother's Touch Day Care in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago through Teach for America.

Ryan earned her BA in public policy from the University of Michigan and MS in education from Dominican University.
