Katherine Boylan is the STEP Manager of Partnerships and Growth for UChicago Impact. In this role, she works collaboratively with the STEP Co-Director of Partnerships and Growth to establish new and manage existing partnerships, as well as help to refine and maintain the contracting process. This includes leading and/or supporting STEP-related business development efforts to ensure continued growth and impact.
Most recently, Katherine worked as a first-grade teacher at Lake Bluff Elementary School in Lake Bluff, IL. She holds a Master of Arts Reading Specialist degree from Olivet Nazarene University.
