Holly Hart is associate director for survey research at the University of Chicago Consortium on Chicago School Research where she is currently studying a range of reform programs in Chicago Public High Schools.
Before joining UChicago CCSR, Hart was a senior project coordinator at the Survey Research Laboratory of the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Hart received her B.A. in psychology from Loyola University and her Ph.D. in human development and social policy from Northwestern University.
