Symposium:  Creating Conditions that Support Students' Postsecondary Pathways and Success

Jenny Nagaoka will share the paper, "A Framework for Selecting Effective Indicators: Lessons from Chicago's Free Application for Federal Student Aid Tracking System," during the College Readiness Indicator Systems Initiative symposium in the Convention Center, 100 Level, 105A.

We are pleased to announce the release at AERA of the College Readiness Indicator Systems (CRIS) Resource Series, a suite of products designed to offer guidance to school communities that aim to develop effective indicator and support systems to prepare students for postsecondary success.

The products were created through a collaboration between the University of Chicago Consortium on Chicago School Research, the Annenberg Institute for School Reform at Brown University, the John W. Gardner Center for Youth and Their Communities at Stanford University, and five urban sites, with support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
