Nicole Bistric is a STEP Manager of Professional Learning, K-6. In this role, she provides strategic support in the administration, implementation, and coaching of staff for schools using STEP. She also collaborates on the continued improvement of STEP Professional Learning, including resources and training.

Previously, Nicole served as an elementary classroom teacher for 10 years in Washington, D.C. before transitioning into the role of 1st-5th-grade literacy coach. She also served as a Professional Development Presenter for the District of Columbia’s Public Schools Central Office. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Coastal Carolina University and a Master of Science with a concentration in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from Walden University.
