Diane New-Hardy is the student services administrator and assistant recruiter for UChicago UTEP. She manages student registration and the Federal Work Study program, is a member of the recruiting and admissions team, and serves as Licensure Officer and liaison to the Graham School of Continuing Liberal and Professional Studies, which awards candidates the MAT degree. She addresses all needs related to student registration and time schedules, and also serves as an advisor to first-year interns.

Prior to joining UChicago UTEP, New-Hardy was a membership specialist for the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, Inc. where she was responsible for training and monitoring troop leaders, supporting volunteer staffing efforts, collaborating with outreach agencies, and conducting program evaluations and analysis for program leadership.

New-Hardy received her Master's degree in human resources from Roosevelt University.
