Abbie Miles is the human resources manager, providing support to both the Urban Education Institute (UEI) and the University of Chicago Charter School Corporation.
Before joining UEI, Miles served as the human resources director for another charter school management corporation.
Miles has a B.S. in management, with a minor in business administration. She also has a M.S. in human resources management and development. In addition, she has a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Management Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
